$5,500,000 to $18,000,000
Source: the developer's sales team, September 25, 2026. The figures below are the sample prices on that release and apply to the residences named on it. Pricing moves as the building sells, and the developer intends to raise it at construction milestones, so the number that matters is the one on the day you write the contract.
| Line | Exposure | Interior | Garage | Sample prices |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bacalar | Northwest, Intracoastal with partial ocean | 2,835 SF | 3 cars | $5,800,000 to $6,300,000 |
| Bentayga | Southwest, Intracoastal with partial ocean | 2,835 SF | 3 cars | $6,400,000 to $6,700,000 |
| Arnage | Northeast, direct ocean | 3,015 SF | 4 cars | $8,850,000 to $9,150,000 |
| Azure | Southeast, direct ocean | 3,015 SF | 4 cars | $9,100,000 to $9,400,000 |
| Combination | Half floor, 4 to 6 bedrooms | 6,040 SF | 7 cars | $16,550,000 to $18,000,000 |
| Penthouses | Top of the tower | On request | On request | Released on request |
Look at the first two rows against the last two. Bacalar and Arnage are 180 square feet of interior apart and about $3,000,000 apart. You are not buying floor area at Bentley, you are buying the side of the building, and the fourth garage bay that comes with the ocean lines. Decide the exposure first and the budget follows from it. Doing it the other way round is how buyers end up disappointed in a very expensive apartment.
30, 10, 10, 50
The developer's approximate schedule as of September 25, 2026. The two construction milestones are the real dates to plan around, because they are what moves the money, not the calendar.
Closing is estimated for late summer 2028. Nothing here is a commitment by the developer as to timing, and the offering documents govern.
Half of the purchase price falls due before a single elevator runs, and the 30th floor pour is in the next few months on the developer's own estimate. If your capital plan depends on a financing event, tell me now and we will structure the contract around it rather than discovering the conflict at the second milestone.
The Unit By Unit List
The ranges above are published because the developer's release is current and shareable. Three things are not published here and come by request: which specific residences are available today, the price of each one, and anything to do with the penthouses.
That list changes week to week as the building sells, which is the reason it is not printed on a web page. Register once and it comes to you with the current date on it, along with every floor plan sheet and the developer's brochure.
- Available residences by number, line and floor, with the current price of each
- Penthouse information, released by the developer on request
- The combination half floors still unsold
- Estimated association fees and closing costs for the residence you are considering
Request the Current List
One registration opens the unit list, all twenty two floor plan sheets and the developer's brochure. Adrian Sanchez reviews what you ask for personally and comes back with the current availability.
Who Pays for the Advice
The developer pays the brokerage commission at closing. Having WIRE Miami on your side of the table costs the buyer nothing, and the sales gallery is paid by the developer either way.
What that buys you is someone who has sat across the table from this developer before, who tracks the inventory on this building week to week, and who will tell you to walk if the line you want is the wrong one. I have already raised the operating history of the car lift system with the developer's team. Those are the questions I take to them before a contract, not after.
Prices, plans and specifications are subject to change without notice. Figures on this page are the developer's sample prices of September 25, 2026 and are not an offer or a guarantee of availability. An earlier developer fact sheet placed the 30th floor pour, the rooftop pour and closing in the middle of 2026, 2027 and 2028; the September 2026 schedule above supersedes it. Oral representations cannot be relied upon as correctly stating representations of the developer; reference the documents required by Section 718.503, Florida Statutes.
